Life Journey #1

So I can't decide what to type on here, or where to even start. I guess I'll start with the name of the blog, Life's Ordinary Journey.

I've always looked at my life as just a normal life, nothing too exciting, nothing out of the ordinary. Growing up I'd say life was just normal. Going to school, hanging out with friends, nothing too exciting. I always thought that the real challenges in life would be when I moved away from home, believe me they did.

College you could say was a roller coaster ride. It had it's ups and it's downs. Going to class was always a challenge especially after being up late, or doing things I really shouldn't have been doing, but when you are away from your parents you feel like you are finally free, but the choices you make can greatly impact your life.

The greatest thing about college was that's where I met my wife. I never had any serious relationships until I met her. When you meet someone that when you are away from them you miss them terribly, and you want to spend every minute with them, you just know it's meant to be. I learned a lot in college, not just on the education side, but life.

Life can come at you quick, and you never know what's going to happen. I did a lot of things I now regret, but have come to live with in college, and hopefully I can use my "Ordinary Journey" to help people see that there are better choices in life than alcohol and drug use.
